2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

• Damaged product received

• Incorrect product delivered

• Product not as described

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Opened or used products

• Digital products / game codes

• Pre-owned products (unless defective)

4. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

5. Return Conditions

• Product must be unused and in original packaging.

• Unboxing video is mandatory for damage or missing item claims.
