Mafia: The Old Country is a third-person action-adventure game and a prequel to the popular Mafia series, developed by Hangar 13 and published by 2K. It was released for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and Windows on August 8, 2025.

Story & Setting:
The game is set in Sicily in the early 1900s, decades before the events of the original Mafia game. Players follow Enzo Favara, a young man drawn into the dangerous world of organized crime. As he rises through the ranks of the Torrisi crime family, you’ll face vendettas, loyalty tests, and violent turf wars in a gritty historical underworld.

Gameplay:
Mafia: The Old Country combines cinematic storytelling, driving, stealth, and combat, with a focus on a narrative-driven experience reminiscent of classic mafia tales. The world evokes period-authentic streets, vehicles, and atmospheres, from urban Sicilian alleyways to countryside expanses.
